Elise Velasco is a Hawaiian born Costume Designer. Her work is infused with elements of her island herritage and a deep understanding of subculture and the harmony found in every day street style. She weaves influences from her upbringing on the North Shore of O’ahu and Southern California. With her sense of expansive awareness, Velasco has immersed herself in a range of diverse cultures, art practices, fashion, design, and music which collectively continue to inspire and inform her work.
